Get testRigor (free) and create a Test Suite

Sign up for testRigor: free (but public) plan

• In testRigor

  • Navigate to https://testrigor.com/sign-up/

  • Scroll down a bit

    • Select "Public Open Source - Free forever"

      • Click and confirm: "Yes, I want everyone to see my tests"

  • Scroll up, back to the registration form

  • Enter your details into the registration form (see next tip for Email)

  • Click "Register Now"

• You can use "Plus Addressing" in Email (It works with Gmail . It works in Outlook if enabled.

• This way you can submit multiple registrations using the same email address

  • [e-mail]

• Registered email address is used when logging into testRigor.

• In your email inbox

  • Locate email from testRigor with subject "Verify your email address on testrigor.com"

  • Click "Click to verify"

Create Test Suite: "My Test Suite 001"

• Fill in the form

  • Test Suite Name: "My Test Suite 001"

  • Type of testing: Desktop Web Testing

  • URL to run tests on: https://login.salesforce.com

  • Username: [of your Salesforce Org]

  • Password: [of your Salesforce Org]

  • OS: Ubuntu

  • Browser: Chrome

  • Number of test cases to generate using AI: 1

  • Description: "My first test suite in testRigor"

• Click "Create Test Suite"

  • DON'T CLICK: "Add and Build"

  • Click: "Do not add any test"

• Your Test Suite opens

Tweak testRigor Test Suite

Set your timezone

• Click "Settings" > "Advanced"

• Select your timezone

Install Chrome Extension: testRigor’s Test Case Recorder

• Navigate to https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/testrigor%E2%80%99s-test-case-rec/deoegoebpjdcbfmecfjfdihkoncjfmfd

• Click "Add to Chrome"

• Pin the extension in Chrome
